This policy covers browsing this website and using its quote request form. Later processing related to orders, deliveries or other communication channels may involve additional information and procedures.

The form is intended for representatives requesting quotes on behalf of companies. When you use it, you provide the information listed below. The free-text order details field may contain anything you choose to include; please do not send unnecessary or sensitive personal information.

• Full name, business email, phone/WhatsApp number and company;
• Vessel, port, order details and, if provided, expected arrival, berthing and departure dates;
• The domain that referred you to our website (or a direct-visit indicator), landing page and form language.

We use form submissions to receive, assess, respond to and follow up on quote requests. We do not automatically add form contacts to marketing campaigns.

The referral domain and landing page help us understand where requests come from. We also measure visits, interactions and website performance using basic analytics; the content entered into the form is not sent to the analytics tool.

We rely on Rose Wind’s legitimate interests to respond to quote requests made on behalf of companies and measure basic website usage, taking into account the rights and reasonable expectations of representatives and visitors. Legal obligations and the establishment, exercise or defense of rights may justify additional processing where applicable.

Quote requests are accessed by the team responsible for responding to them. Replit provides website hosting and operational services; the form stores the request in a database and uses Resend to email a copy to the team.

When necessary to prepare a quote, we may consult agents, suppliers or partners in Brazil or abroad. We send only the operational details needed, without passing on the requester’s name, email or phone fields. As the details field accepts free text, please avoid including unnecessary personal information there.

Technical providers and partners abroad may involve international access to or transfer of information. Rose Wind must observe the legal requirements applicable to each transfer.

The published website uses Replit audience analytics to measure page views and interaction events, such as form submission and browsing performance. The current website code does not use Google Analytics or advertising pixels.

We use sessionStorage, temporary browser storage lasting for the session, to preserve the referral domain and landing page. This is not an advertising cookie.

The hosting infrastructure may set cookies necessary to route requests to the website, such as the GAESA cookie observed on the published domain. We do not display an advertising consent banner because advertising tracking is not configured on the current website. You can manage cookies and local data through your browser settings.

We keep requests as long as needed to assess and follow up on the quote, and for any additional period necessary to meet legal obligations or protect rights. The period may differ depending on whether the request becomes an order.

Requests that do not become orders and those that do may require different retention periods. Rose Wind is defining a process to distinguish these cases and review the retention of form records and related emails.

Access to quote requests is limited to authorized Rose Wind personnel responding to them. Technical providers support hosting, storage and email delivery in the roles described above.

You may request information about the use of your personal data, access, correction, deletion where applicable, portability subject to applicable rules, information about sharing, and object to processing that does not comply with Brazilian data protection law. You may also ask about the legal basis for processing.

To exercise your rights or ask a privacy question, email privacy@rosewindbr.com. We may request information needed to verify your identity before responding. Where applicable, you may also submit a petition to the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

We may update this policy when the website or our quote-handling processes change. The date at the top of the page indicates the latest version.
